According Los Angeles Times (October 14, 2008), because of the decreasing economy, Pepsi, one of the biggest soft drink companies, lessenes 3,300 jobs in company. Chief Executive Indra Nooyi maintained that the economy in USA leads to many difficulties to manage company, so it need to have an imbleness change to success. Now, the economic element affects thoroughly to PepsiCo's business and it leads to decline in PepsiCo's benefits . Therefore it tries to do the different ways to attract the consumers and increase the net income as it expects. PepsiCo countinues having the plan to maintain the soft drink and develop the new product like juice and teas beside lessening job.
